Elders

The spiritual oversight of Hope City Church is provided by a team of elders who serve faithfully alongside the Lead Pastor.

Together, the elders provide wisdom, accountability, pastoral care, and spiritual leadership as they help guide the vision and direction of the church.

“Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be.”

— 1 Peter 5:2

Our History

Hope City Church was born from the coming together of believers with a rich history of worship, evangelism and serving the local community. While each journey had a unique story, all shared a common passion for Jesus, the empowering work of the Holy Spirit, and reaching people with the Gospel.

Elim Pentecostal Heritage

Hope City Church is part of the Elim Pentecostal Churches UK, a vibrant movement of Pentecostal congregations across Great Britain and Ireland.

Known for passionate worship, bold evangelism, and a heart for discipling the next generation, we celebrate continuous stories of transformed lives and new believers taking bold steps in Christ.

Community & Mission

Gathering every Sunday at 4:00 PM at the Irish Centre in Cheetham Hill, we are dedicated to authentic relationships, relevant preaching, and active city outreach.

Through weekly Life Groups and community care, our heartbeat is to build hope-filled communities where everyone finds purpose and a place to belong.
